Fute 650 is a high-grade water-based exterior wall coating formulated with 100% acrylic acid reinforced with silicon. It is designed for long-term protection of masonry substrates. The surface of the reactive silicone-acrylic coating will produce a very strong hydrophobic effect to promote the formation of water droplets (lotus effect), while allowing the substrate to escape (making the substrate breathable). This product can produce a matte finish after outdoor coating with a conventional medium-hair roller.

Fute F650 silicon-based coating is suitable for coating on masonry substrates with new construction and old paint films under various harsh climates. This product has excellent color consistency, less dust deposition, excellent water resistance and scrub resistance, and can resist pollution. |

At a dry film thickness of 25 microns, the theoretical coverage is 8.0 m2 / kg. The actual coating rate will vary depending on factors such as construction method, construction conditions, surface roughness, and absorbency.

|
All new concrete surfaces must be dried for more than 30 days, and the wall must have a moisture content of less than 14% and a pH of less than 10 before painting.
The substrate must be cured, clean, intact, and free of any contaminants such as oil, mold releases, mortar spatters, mold and algae. Irregularities and protrusions on the surface must be repaired to keep it flush with the surrounding surface. Metal objects on the surface, tying wires, etc. must be removed or rust-proofed. Then apply Fote F500 alkali-resistant primer.
All old surfaces: Remove the loose paint film and thoroughly remove defective surfaces such as mold, bulging, cracking and chalking, and repair the defects. The properly treated base surface is coated with Flut F501 super strong penetration sealing primer.
Ensure that the primer is completely cured and covers the substrate evenly after application. For best performance this product is not recommended for dilution.
Painting steps and tools:
Can be applied by roller coating, conventional spraying or airless spraying. Corners can be applied by brushing.
Note: Please consult the company's technical representative when applying bright-colored topcoat.

Personal protective equipment: Wear protective goggles and wear a suitable filter spray protective mask when sanding and spraying with sandpaper.
Spills:
All spills should be covered with soil or sand. Do not pour paint from the tank into drains or drains. Dispose of used paint in accordance with local environmental regulations.
Health effects:
If it splashes into your eyes, it can irritate your glasses and cause discomfort. Inhalation of the spray during spraying can cause irritation to the respiratory system.
Ensure adequate ventilation during coating and drying.
