1. Product Introduction
        FTW820 water-based high-performance polyurethane coating is a new industrial protective water-based coating product developed by our company. The product uses high-performance water-based hydroxy acrylic resin as the main film-forming material, introduces various colored pigments and fillers, and mixes evenly with water-based isocyanate curing agent to form a dense paint film with high hardness and flexibility at room temperature. The paint film has good permeability, good color development, excellent gloss fullness, and extremely excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance. This product belongs to low VOC water-based fluorocarbon coating products, and outdoor construction has minimal environmental impact. It can be widely used in the fields of light and heavy anti-corrosion of steel structures, building curtain wall aluminum veneer, aluminum profiles, wind power coatings, container coatings, locomotive coatings, engineering machinery, oil storage tanks, bridge concrete structures, and other applications that require high appearance and high performance of coatings

V. Precautions
① The substrate or previous coating should be kept clean, dry, and free of foreign objects and dirt on the surface..
② The ambient temperature is 10 ℃, the humidity is 85%, and the surface temperature of the painted workpiece should be 3 ℃ higher than the dew point;
③ Construction is prohibited on rainy or excessively humid days, and air circulation should be maintained in the construction environment.
