1. Product and Application Introduction
        FT160 Crystal Coating is a new generation of water-based green and environmentally friendly coating product developed by Zhuhai Fute Technology Co., Ltd. Note:
1. The above process is“ Two coats and one baking; Process: In the dry film state, the thickness of the primer film is controlled at 8-10um, the thickness of the topcoat film is 15-20um, and the total film thickness is 25-30um. Customers can also directly use the single coating process without primer according to their application needs, but the adhesion level of the topcoat on the substrate needs to be tested. It is recommended that the single coating thickness be 15-20um.
2. For paint film surfaces that have not shown abnormal conditions such as bubbles or cracks, the product can achieve rework and re coating without polishing, or perform secondary spraying from bottom to surface after polishing.

3、 For some scenarios with low application requirements, it is also possible to achieve direct spraying of topcoat without primer.
