1. Product Introduction
Waterborne normal temperature self drying fluorocarbon coating is a new type of fluorocarbon coating developed by our company. This product is made of high-performance waterborne fluorocarbon lotion and acrylic lotion as the main film-forming material, introducing high-performance inorganic pigments and fillers, using water as the dispersion medium, and supplemented with a small amount of water-borne functional additives and film-forming additives. After spraying or rolling coating, the coating can form a high-density fluorocarbon coating at room temperature, which not only has good film flexibility, but also excellent weather resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance. According to different application environments and performance requirements, this system includes two categories: single component and two-component. The product system has a rich composition and a wide range of application fields.

1. Using high-performance water-based fluororesin as the main film-forming material, the product has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, and stain resistance, providing strong protection for the substrate.;

5. Product Construction and Precautions
1、 Water based two-component fluorocarbon coating products should disperse the coating components and crosslinking agent components evenly according to the established mixing ratio before construction. They should be directly diluted with water to the construction viscosity. The construction method can be spray coating or brush coating (except for flash paint). From the perspective of construction matching methods, it is similar to the matching schemes and construction requirements of water-based ambient temperature anti-corrosion coatings and some solvent based ambient temperature curing coatings currently on the market, without any special features, and is simple and easy to implement.
2、 Before construction, carry out dust and oil removal processes on the substrate to ensure that there are no foreign objects or dirt on the surface of the substrate or the previous coating. For substrates with severe rust corrosion, rust removal or conversion processes should be carried out in advance. For steel, it is required that the steel surface be sandblasted to Sa2.5 level and have a certain roughness.
3、 The ambient temperature is 10 ℃, the humidity is 85%, and the surface temperature of the painted workpiece should be 3 ℃ higher than the dew point; Construction is prohibited on rainy or excessively humid days, and air circulation should be maintained in the construction environment.
